KY Humanities Speaker Eddie Price will present “Lincoln’s Brown Water Navy.” Most folks are not familiar with the Civil War as fought on western rivers. A not so often told story of the Civil War on the Ohio, Mississippi, Cumberland, Tennessee, White, Arkansas and Yazoo Rivers will be presented as well as “Lincoln’s Anaconda Plan”. People, places, and events often absent from Civil War narratives. Lots of surprises
